Planning for weight loss
Before choosing a diet, or a plan to lose weight, it is important to look at your situation, and find out what you are doing wrong. Sometimes a professional is needed, be it a doctor or a nutritionist. But, in a lot of cases, we can make the adjustments ourselves.
Firstly, we need to know which foods digest the easiest. Weather you realize it or not, most of us are already experts on the subject. We all know if we feel good after eating something. Our body responds positively, which sometimes means not at all. But an hour after eating some fried chicken; your body will have a negative reaction. So, without looking anything up, we already know some of the answers.
Losing weight is a commitment to either changing ones diet, or changing ones lifestyle. As a chef, it is easy for me to prescribe myself a diet of nutritional, healthy food, which won’t put much weight on. But all diets look good on paper, and very few actually get you the end result you’re looking for. Why? One word…..Willpower.
